This Privacy Policy applies to transactional delivery and customer-support text messages sent by OpsFleet to recipients who have opted in to receive SMS updates about active package deliveries.

1. Information We Collect

OpsFleet may collect the information needed to provide delivery-related SMS support, including recipient name, mobile phone number, package tracking number, delivery address, route information, delivery status, delivery notes, address correction requests, and support conversation history.
