This page documents the SMS consent language used when a recipient provides a mobile phone number for delivery-related updates. The checkbox must be optional, separate from other terms, and unchecked by default.

Consent Sources
Consent may be collected through a website delivery form, order or delivery scheduling form, customer-support conversation, or delivery company intake process where the same optional SMS consent language is displayed or read to the recipient.
